Orders may take up to 3 days (Monday-Friday) to process. You’ll receive an email with estimated delivery if current demand is exceeding 3 business days. You will have 7 days to confirm you received your complete file in an email. After that date, the file is permanently deleted to protect your personal information.

Due to the nature of readings, Rickie does not give monetary refunds. If you submit a question that isn't suited for this style of reading, Rickie will issue a refund of the reading amount (minus transaction fee) to the card on file.
